COVENTRY, Conn. – The Trinity College women’s crews all finished behind the Wesleyan University Cardinals in women’s rowing dual races on a windy morning at Coventry Lake. Trinity’s varsity eight, ranked No. 7 nationally, recorded a time of 7:08.7 and Wesleyan, ranked No. 9, won with a time of 6:59.8. The Bantam second-varsity eight finished 9.3 seconds behind Wesleyan with a time of 7:27.3 and its third-varsity eight was 11.8 seconds shy of the Cardinals with a time of 8:14.7.
