Outlook for each non-1st-round QB of 2023 NFL Draft

No. 33: Will Levis, Tennessee Titans

Like Hooker, Levis projects to be a future starter in the league. How good he can be and how long he lasts as a starter are questions that will be answered soon, but there’s no doubt Levis has NFL-level talent. After transferring from Penn State to Kentucky, Levis threw for over 5,200 yards in his two years in Lexington, as well as 43 touchdowns. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound quarterback is a pure passer who some expected to go off the board within the first five or 10 picks of the draft. Levis’ slide was one of the big storylines on Day 1, but the Titans traded up to get the Kentucky product early in round No. 2. Levis will likely replace Ryan Tannehill as the team’s starter at some point, and has the potential to be the face of the Titans’ franchise for many years to come.
