Top 5 playoff games between LeBron James, Steph Curry
(BVM) – Two of the best players of the NBA’s current generation are set to go head-to-head in this year’s playoffs for just the fourth time in postseason action.
With 22 playoff matchups in total, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry have dueled it out on some of basketball’s biggest stages throughout their time in the league together. While Curry currently owns the series lead with three victories over James’ one, the two have combined for many of the game’s signature series during the 2010s.
As the No. 6-seeded Warriors prepare to face the No. 7-seeded Lakers in this year’s 2023 playoffs, the matchup will be the first between both Curry and James that doesn’t come in the NBA Finals. All four of the tandem’s playoff series have come during James’ tenure with the Cleveland Cavaliers, marking their first meet-up during his Lakers stint.
