3. John Randle
Randle began playing college football at Trinity Valley Community College and moved to the D-II level playing for Texas A&I, finishing with 34 sacks in his final two seasons. Despite his stellar career, Randle went undrafted in 1990 and was cut by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons before signing with the Minnesota Vikings.

Randle took advantage of his opportunity and became a six-time All-Pro, a seven-time Pro Bowler and a Hall of Famer.
