NORMAN, Okla. (BVM) – College athletes are making millions of dollars by using their name, image and likeness to capitalize off paid sponsorship deals. Unfortunately, softball players aren’t making what the top earners in college sports are making.
In fact, not a single player in college softball is worth even a quarter of a million dollars. That’s a harsh reality when compared to LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne and hooper Angel Reese – who are booking multi-million dollar deals.
