Podium Finishes and a School Record Highlight MEC Track Championships

FROSTBURG, Md. — The Davis & Elkins Track teams competed in rainy and cold conditions over three days at the Mountain East Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. The meet was highlighted by four podium All-conference performances, one school record, and a total of eighteen scoring (top 8 finishes) performances. The mostly distance-oriented roster competed in seven of the twenty-one conference events (400, 800, 1500, 5K, 10K, 3K steeplechase, and 4×400 relay).
