Draft projection: First four rounds of 2023

Thompson is just a good, old-fashioned baseball player. He provides a little bit of everything and does not have any glaring weaknesses. He has above-average power for his position, which should be enticing for MLB organizations. He is not the fastest guy, but he has good technique and a good arm. This combination should allow him to remain at SS. One thing that Thompson can improve is his walk numbers.
