All-MEC Baseball Teams Announced

The All-MEC awards were announced for Baseball for the 2023 season. The Battlers fought hard this season finishing with an 11-35 record. Three players were honored in this year’s awards. Chandler Ballenger was named to the All-MEC third team. Ballenger was a leader for the Battlers this season. He led the team in AVG with an impressive .373. He also led the team in Bats, hits, doubles, and SLG %. Ballenger also posted a strong season on the mound. Joe Alcorn was named to the All-MEC second team.
