Four Women’s Tennis Players Earn College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Honors

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Four Bucknell women’s tennis student-athletes earned spots on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, which was announced Tuesday afternoon. Sophomores Whitney King, Anna Lajos, Caroline Marcus and junior Kate Novak were each recognized. The CSC Academic All-District honorees now move on to the national Academic All-America ballot. In order to be eligible, candidates must have completed at least one full year at their current institution, they must have participated in at least 50 percent of their team’s competitions, and they must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or better.
