TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound tennis program landed 25% of the Northwest Conference’s College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors, the CSC announced Tuesday. NWC release Sixteen tennis student-athletes from the NWC earned the academic distinction, and four of those student-athletes are Loggers. From the men’s tennis team, Conor Blakeney earned Academic All-District. From the women’s tennis team, Hyla Chatham, Marissa Perez, and Paige Shinall made the cut. In order to qualify, student-athletes must have a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA, and they must be in at least their second academic year of higher education.
