Arthur Kaluma transferring; 5 possible landing spots
OMAHA, Neb. (BVM) – Rising junior forward Arthur Kaluma has been a key player for the Creighton Bluejays as they have made it to the NCAA Tournament each of the past two seasons. Over the course of those campaigns, Kaluma played in 68 games, 67 of which he started, where he averaged 11.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists.
However, despite his individual and team success at Creighton, Kaluma entered his name into the transfer portal on Wednesday. As the forward is going through the NBA draft process, teams will have to wait to hear his decision and future destination, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be plenty of interest. Given his strong play for a competitive program, including making two NCAA Tournament appearances, expect Kaluma to have his fair share of suitors.
Arthur Kaluma is entering the transfer portal, sources tell Fox Sports. The 6-foot-7 forward is prioritizing the NBA Draft and is focused on building his stock at next week’s NBA combine, but if he returns to college, he will transfer from Creighton for his junior season.
