Softball Drops First Game of AMCC Tournament
ERIE – The Pitt-Greensburg softball team made it back to the AMCC tournament after a one-season hiatus. The Bobcats earned the No. 6 seed after going 5-9 in the conference slate with some impressive wins along with some tough losses. Pitt-Greensburg took on the Lions of Penn State Altoona for the third time in less than a week as both teams took the field on the campus of Penn State Behrend. The Lions defeated the Bobcats 8-0 in five innings. Offense has been hard to come by in recent weeks for the Bobcats, with the first-round game being no different.…
