Women’s Rowing Looks for First-Ever A-10 Team Championship Friday

WASHINGTON – GW women’s rowing is set to compete in the Atlantic 10 Championship Friday at Fish Creek in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., on Friday. CHAMPIONSHIP HISTORY: The Buff & Blue are looking to build off three straight second-place finishes at the event in 2022, 2021 and 2019. Last year, buoyed by a gold-medal performance from the Second Varsity 8, GW finished the day with a new program-record 50 points, surpassing the previous record of 48 points set in 2019.
