Brooklyn, NY – THe Hunter softball team faced CUNYAC rival Baruch College in the opening round of the CUNYAC softball tournament. Hunter was able to defeat the #2 seeded Bearcats with a 5-0 win, before dropping game #2 to top seeded John Jay 9-1. Hunter will face Baruch again at 11am on Friday morning with the winner advancing to the championship game against John Jay.
