Women’s Rowing wins Dad Vail varsity 8+ bronze medal

CHERRY HILL, New Jersey — The Marietta College women’s rowing team won the Dad Vail bronze medal in the Division III Varsity Eight race Saturday (May 13) afternoon. “We did a great job applying the lessons learned in previous races this season. We knew it would be a tight race for third place,” Marietta head coach Abby Lord said. “We executed our race plan with intention and made a gutsy move with 500 meters to go to come out with the bronze.
