Ranking the top 10 Florida Gators quarterbacks of all time
10. Kerwin Bell (1983-87)
At the end of his career, Bell held a 30-13-2 record, completing 57 percent of his 953 passing attempts with 7,585 yards and 56 touchdowns. He was named the SEC Player of the Year in 1984 and was named to the first-team All-SEC team in 1985 – a season where the Gators earned their first-ever No. 1 national ranking in the Associated Press Poll.
Fla-Ga. week memories: Freshman walk-on quarterback Kerwin Bell (BS '87) dropped back into his own end zone and hit Ricky Nattiel (BSPH '87) in stride for a 96-yard touchdown pass, punctuating a 27-0 beatdown of #8 Georgia. Nattiel high-stepped the final 20 yards to the end zone. pic.twitter.com/Z8pWe4N7Oh
