10. Grant Rogers, McNeese 

One of the under-the-radar arms of this season, the McNeese ace has put together one of the best seasons in college baseball behind his 10-1 record on the year. Rogers has built on a 2022 campaign that saw him feature a 4.26 ERA, now flashing a 2.06 ERA on the year in over 90 innings pitched. Rogers has done a great job limiting Southland Conference competition during the season while notching a career-high 80 strikeouts in 13 starts. After winning the conference’s Pitcher of the Year award in 2022, Rogers’ 2023 season should have him on pace for a repeat performance.
