Local roundup: Laker girls second, boys third at D2 track regionals

Scores and more from the rest of Thursday’s action: Track and field regionals Thursday’s Division 2 regional at Allendale yielded a second-place finish for the Laker girls and a third-place finish for Spring Lake’s boys on Thursday. In total, the Lakers scored eight regional championships between their teams on Thursday, and had state-final qualifying finishes all over the board.
