LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Hardin-Simmons’ Cowgirl softball senior Kaylen Washington was named to the 2023 Division III NFCA All-Region team on Friday, the second all-region award of her career. Washington was named to the Region X third team as a utility player. She led the Cowgirl pitching staff with 45 strikeouts on the season with a 3.62 ERA. Washington also hit .302 as a senior with five doubles for the Cowgirls.
