8. Rulon Jones, DL (1976-80)

The Salt Lake City native made a name for himself at Utah State in the late 1970s. He went on to have a stellar NFL career. Jones was picked in the second round of the 1980 NFL Draft by Denver. He earned first-team All-Pro honors with the Broncos in 1986. In addition, Jones scored two Pro Bowl bids in nine years with the franchise.
