Top 5 richest Georgia HS basketball players based on NIL
2. Isaiah Collier, G, Wheeler
As good as Stephon Castle is, arguably the best player in Georgia’s 2023 class for some time has been Collier. The 6-foot-3, 190-pound point guard from Wheeler High School is the No. 1 player in the Class of 2023 according to 247Sports’ composite rankings, and will take his talents to USC in the fall.
Last season, the Gatorade Georgia Boys Basketball Player of the Year averaged 20.2 points, 6.8 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 steals in his final go around at Wheeler, becoming a McDonald’s All-American and Naismith Boys High School Player of the Year finalist. It was at the McDonald’s All-American game that Collier proved why he is arguably the top prospect in the 2023 class, as he put up 25 points to earn co-MVP honors.
Like Castle, the point guard may not be in college long, but he currently has an NIL valuation of $573,000 which is No. 8 in the country. Collier has also gained a relatively large social media following, particularly on Instagram where he has 53,000 followers. He is set to cash in one he gets to USC, and will likely do so further in the NBA down the road.
