10. Stan Van Gundy (2004-21)
Van Gundy had a lot of success during his 13 years as an NBA head coach. Over his tenures with the Heat, Orlando Magic, Detroit Pistons and New Orleans Pelicans, Van Gundy accumulated 554 wins and a regular season winning percentage of .566%. He also recorded 48 playoff wins and a .527% playoff winning percentage, going to the 2009 NBA Finals with the Magic. Stan just edges out his brother Jeff on this list who finished with 430 wins, a .575% winning percentage, 44 playoff victories, a .500% winning percentage and an NBA Finals appearance.
