No. 1 – Ted Ginn Jr. 

Ginn Jr.’s 247 Sports profile shows he had a player rating of 0.9992. The 6-foot, 170-pounder played quarterback, wide receiver and running back for Glenville High School (Cleveland). He graduated in the Class of 2004, and today, he still ranks high at No. 27 on 247 Sports’ all-time list.  

Ginn Jr. was known for being fast in high school. He even claimed that he beat Usain Bolt in a race. As a senior, Ginn Jr. picked off eight passes and returned five of them for touchdowns. He also passed for 932 yards and 12 touchdowns and rushed for 845 yards and 17 touchdowns. 

While he’s arguably one of the best wide receivers in Ohio State history (caught 135 passes for just shy of 2,000 yards) – he is also known for being a NFL bust for most of his career.
