3 regional champions spotlight 6 Kalamazoo-area boys golf teams gearing up for state finals

KALAMAZOO, MI – Southwest Michigan will be well represented at this weekend’s high school boys golf state finals. In fact, a trio of Kalamazoo-area teams took home regional championships at last month’s respective tournaments – a true indication of the talent pool of golfers in the area. Vicksburg, Portage Central and Kalamazoo Christian all walked away with a trophy, as each of those teams rank in the top 10 of their respective divisions.
