Ranking the top 10 Los Angeles Rams of all time
5. Merlin Olsen, DT (1962-76)
Olsen is among an elite group of eight players to have their jerseys retired by the Rams, with good reason. The 6-foot-5, 270-pounder was a terror on defense. He was a 14-time Pro Bowler and five-time first-team All-Pro. Olsen seized the 1974 Bert Bell Award, given to the player of the year. He was immortalized with induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1982.
