8. Mike Bellamy, Charlotte (2007-10)

Bellamy ran for 7,321 yards in his high school days with an astonishing 8.7 yards per carry. He also had 110 high school touchdowns, a Florida state record at the time. He initially went to Clemson but was ruled academically ineligible. Bellamy bounced around at a few schools before getting a cup of coffee in the CFL.
