10. Caden Voges

From 2013-15, Voges impressed as the starter for the Sacramento Dragons, racking up 11,510 yards through the air and 142 total touchdowns. After completing two impressive campaigns of over 4,000 yards leading up to his senior season, Voges’ 56 touchdowns passes his junior year set a career mark for his time at the prep level. The Dragons quarterback would go on to play at Lewis & Clark College from 2016-18.
