6. JT Daniels

One of two Mater Dei quarterbacks on the list, Daniels opened the run for Monarchs quarterbacks in the 2010s behind 12,014 passing yards from 2015-17. In his junior season, Daniels would go on to win the Gatorade National Football Player of the Year after passing for 4,123 yards and 61 total touchdowns. He capped off the undefeated 15-0 campaign with a CIF state championship. After originally staying in state with his college commitment to USC, Daniels has transferred to a few different schools during his time at the collegiate level with stints at Georgia, West Virginia and now, Rice.
