CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — UNI defensive back Woo Governor and kicker Matthew Cook were named to The Bluebloods FCS Second Team All-America, as announced by the college football website on Wednesday. Governor, a rising senior from Plant City, Florida, enters his fourth season with the Panthers this fall after earning Second Team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC) recognition in 2022, as well as Bluebloods First Team All-MVFC recognition.
