4. James Mungro, East Stroudsburg South (1993-96)
Mungro was a force on the football field for East Stroudsburg South in the 1990s. He broke 48 team records while a Cavalier as well as two state records. As a junior, he rushed for 3,089 yards, breaking the single-season rushing record in Pennsylvania. The following year, he broke the PIAA career rushing record by finishing with 8,432 yards. Mungro would go on to play football at Syracuse and went undrafted in the 2002 NFL draft but ended up on the Indianapolis Colts in 2002 after being cut by the Detroit Lions. He would play for the Colts for five seasons and won Super Bowl XLI with Indianapolis.
