Top 10 all-time leading passers in Kentucky HS football

7. Brian Brohm, Trinity-Louisville (2001-03)

One of the best-known players on this list, Brohm starred for the Shamrocks before making his way to Louisville and later the NFL. He finished his time at Trinity with 10,579 passing yards and 119 touchdown passes. He led the Shamrocks to three Kentucky Class 4A state championships and was named Kentucky’s Mr. Football, USA Today’s Offensive Player of the Year and Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior in 2003.

With Louisville, Brohm became a star as he threw for 10,775 yards and 71 touchdowns, good for second and fourth in program history respectively. After his time with the Cardinals, Brohm was selected with the No. 56 overall pick in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. He went on to play eight professional seasons with the Packers, Buffalo Bills, and the CFL and UFL. He is now a coach on staff at his alma mater.
