8. Carson Blair, Southwood (2014-17)

Blair’s tremendous high school football career will forever go down as one of the best at Southwood High School, and one of the top in the north central part of the state as a whole. During his time on the field for the Knights, Blair threw for an impressive 9,843 yards and over 120 touchdowns, completing just shy of 60% of his passes.

It was Blair’s senior season at Southwood that stood out most, as the 6-foot all-state quarterback threw for 3,926 yards and a state-leading 57 touchdowns. Also a standout basketball player, Blair went on to set the Southwood all-time scoring record on the hardwood in his senior year, breaking the record previously held by his dad, Todd.
