9. Noah Bell, Saluda (2016-19)
Bell was pivotal in bringing Saluda its first football state championship since 1963. The Tigers quarterback did that his senior year when he threw for 3,988 yards and 49 touchdowns. Bell ended up with 10,483 career yards and 135 touchdowns. He then went on to play college football at Wingate.
