3. Sheldon Richardson – 0.9859

Richardson is another former Missouri Tiger who made his way to the NFL. The 6-foot-4, 292-pound defensive tackle was a force for Gateway Tech where he registered 88 tackles, 19 sacks, seven fumble recoveries, five forced fumbles and one interception as well as six defensive touchdowns as a senior. Richardson committed to the Tigers out of high school, but instead played two years in junior college at College of the Sequoias.

Once he finished his time at the JUCO level, Richardson joined the Tigers where he again was a star. Richardson registered 112 tackles, 18.5 tackles for loss, six sacks and three forced fumbles over his two seasons in Columbia. The defender was selected with the No. 13 overall pick by the New York Jets in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He was named the 2013 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year and was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2014 over his nine-year career.
