4. DJ Crook, Barnstable (2008-11)

Crook is the fourth-ranked passer on our list. He totaled 8,126 yards in the air as a high schooler. Crook suited up as a backup quarterback at Penn State then transferred to University at Albany in New York. The 6-foot-2 alum made a CAA All-Academic team in 2015.
