RENTON, Wash. (BVM) — Matt Tuiasosopo was one of the top high school football players in Washington before becoming an MLB player, but since then, the Evergreen State has seen plenty of talented football players make a name for themselves on the gridiron.
Here are Washington’s highest-rated high school football players of all time.
The order of this list is based on 247Sports’ Composite Rating – “a proprietary algorithm that compiles prospect ‘rankings’ and ‘ratings’ listed in the public domain by the major media recruiting services. It converts average industry ranks and ratings into a linear composite index capping at 1.0000.”
A player rating of 1.0000 indicates that the high school athlete was ranked as a No. 1 prospect across all services.
