1. Kyle Prater, Proviso West

Prater ranks just outside of the top 200 recruits since 2000 according to 247 Sports. Prater had 64 catches with 1,151 yards and 13 touchdowns as a senior. He committed to USC and would spend a year there before transferring to Northwestern. Prater had 51 receptions and 535 yards in his final season with the Wildcats.

He spent a couple of years with the Saints organization after going undrafted, but Prater has not been on an NFL roster since 2016.
