Florida high schools lead with most 2023 NBA Draft picks

BRADENTON, Fla. (BVM) – Check out which states the 2023 NBA Draft picks played high school basketball in.

Eleven of the 58 picks from the 2023 NBA Draft graduated from a high school in Florida. In other words, about 19% of the draftees are products of Florida high schools. 

Note that this list accounts for where the athlete played his senior year of high school basketball. Post-graduate years aren’t accounted for.
