3. Drew Novak, Western Brown (2019-22)
Novak was the signal caller for the Broncos for four seasons, and in his time there, he threw for 14,127 yards. He also tossed 131 career TDs, tying Jacobs, but Novak is now preparing for his freshman season with the Ashland Eagles.
