1. Charles Vaughn, Tamms (1954-58)
Vaughn rates as the top gun. “Chico” and his scoring record have stood for over six decades. Vaughn tops the list with 3,358 points. He’d garner All-American honors on two occasions with Southern Illinois University. In 1973, he secured a spot in the Basketball Museum of Illinois.
