No. 9 – Anthony Morelli

Morelli’s 247 Sports profile shows that he had a player rating of 0.9936. The Class of 2004 quarterback stood at 6-foot-4, 208 pounds when he graduated from Penn Hills High School. 

Morelli threw for 5,244 yards and 56 touchdowns to finish out his high school career. But, the hype didn’t last much after that. He went undrafted in the NFL after his career at Penn State, and then he bounced around a few other pro leagues. 

Today, the 28-year-old is the owner and operator of X-Factor Sports Performance & QB Academy.
