Hurst’s 247 Sports profile shows that he had a player rating of 0.9816. The 6-foot-7, 284-pound OT graduated from Plainfield High School in the Class of 2010. 

Hurst went undrafted out of UNC in 2014 and was later signed as an undrafted free agent. The 31-year-old is now entering his 10th season in the NFL. He started in 16 games during the 2022 season.
