Peterson’s 247 Sports profile shows that he had a player rating of 0.9996. The 6-foot-2, 210-pound RB graduated in the Class of 2004 from Palestine High School (Texas). He’s also tied at No. 16 on the all-time list of overall players.
As a high school senior, Peterson rushed for 2,960 yards and 32 touchdowns.
Peterson went on to become one of the best RBs in Oklahoma Sooners history. The No. 7 overall pick of the 2007 NFL Draft – who is also a seven-time Pro Bowler, a three-time NFL rushing yards leader and a two-time NFL rushing touchdowns leader — has played 15 years in the NFL.
