Cuervo Places Ninth At Central American and Caribbean Games

San Salvador, Santa Domingo – Cristal Cuervo of Towson University track & field represented her home country of Panama in the 2023 XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games in San Salvador, Santa Domingo Wednesday evening. The Central American and Caribbean Games are a multi-sport event, held every 4 years since originating in 1926. Athletes from 36 countries come together to compete in 38 different sports over the course of two weeks (Jun. 23 – Jul. 8).
