10. Brendan Nosovitch, Allentown Central Catholic (2008-11)

Nosovitch passed for 9,249 yards and 106 TDs as a Viking and helped his squad capture a state title as a junior. He became a three-star prospect and landed at South Carolina, where he played for two seasons.
