CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (BVM) – A number of memorable high school pass catchers left their mark on the state of North Carolina. Whether it’s Keenan Allen, Jimmy Graham or Torry Holt, the Old North State is quite familiar with top-end receivers making spectacular plays.
