8. Kobe Paysour, King Mountain (2017-19)

The lone player on this list still playing at the collegiate level, Paysour certainly left his mark in North Carolina prep football. During three seasons with the Mountaineers, Paysour recorded 158 catches for 3,382 yards and 46 touchdowns before transferring to Gaffney High School in South Carolina.

Paysour returned to the state in the college ranks as a member of the North Carolina Tar Heels program. So far in two seasons, Paysour has recorded 29 catches for 324 yards and four touchdowns for UNC. He is expected to once again contribute for the Tar Heels this fall.
