Track & Field Named USTFCCCA All-Academic Team, Coleman and Cuervo Earn Individual Honors

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Towson University track & field team has been named a 2023 NCAA Division I U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team. Recent graduate Georgia Coleman and rising junior Cristal Cuervo have also been named All-Academic Athletes. USTFCCCA made it’s announcement Thursday afternoon. To be named an NCAA Division I All-Academic Team, the cumulative grade point average (GPA) for all student-athletes on the institution’s NCAA roster must be 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
