5. Tampa Bay Rays

The Rays have the second-best record and the second-best team ERA (3.70) in MLB, but that shouldn’t stop general manager Peter Bendix from looking to add depth to their pitching staff. Lorenzen would be able to serve as a reliable arm out of the bullpen or be a nice addition to a starting rotation that features Zach Eflin, Shane McClanahan and Tyler Glasnow.
