Hardie returning to competition

WAYNESBURG, Pa. (July 18) – Over the past few years, the Waynesburg University women’s track & field team has seen several of its members embrace the challenge of the grueling five-event pentathlon. The efforts of those athletes, including recent graduate Katherine Henderson and 2022 graduate Ivy Allen, who competed in the seven-event heptathlon, have inspired Director of Cross Country and Track Chris Hardie to enter the pentathlon field at the upcoming USA Track & Field (USATF) Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
